After 13 years teaching English at an inner-city high school, I now develop curriculum and instruction for educators through my virtual store, The Bookish Classroom. My blog on Substack, also called The Bookish Classroom, focuses on tips and tricks for supporting teacher mental health.

In the world of fiction, my flash fiction has placed in the top ten stories for the 2021, 2024, and 2025 NYC Midnight Flash Fiction Competitions, and my historical fiction, romance, and fairy tales have been published in Carmina Magazine, Grande Dame Literary, The Lorelei Signal, and Micromance Magazine.
